What I’m Up To:
I will graduate from Clemson in August with a degree in Graphic Communications (Go tigers!) While working on smaller creative projects over the summer, I’m preparing to head to Freedom House Discipleship School in September. In this next season, I hope to share stories of all that the Lord is doing through several of my favorite creative outlets, with the purpose of using art to glorify the Lord and share who He is as creator. Over the next several months, I’ll be storytelling through digital media, writing on my blog, and more fun projects on the side!
Growing
This September, I’ll begin an 11-month program called Freedom House Discipleship School, a set-apart time for growing with the Lord and in community. This includes Biblical teaching, prayer and worship, outreach, and mentorship. The program will end with an international mission trip, where I’ll spend 10 weeks doing ministry in a cross-cultural context.
Creating
I have always loved creating beautiful things and seeing the world through a lens that seeks beauty. Through my degree in Graphic Communications, I have developed several skills in graphic design, print production, social media management, photography, videography etc. I strongly believe that creativity and ministry go hand in hand, and am excited to use these skills to proclaim the Gospel!
Writing
Apart from storytelling through art and design, I’m excited to use this time to grow as a writer. I am a lover of words, of poetry, and most importantly, God’s Word. The purpose of my blog is to share stories of the Lord’s faithfulness, to create a home for my thoughts and all that I’ve learned, with the hope that it would encourage the reader and deepen their love of the Lord.
